Our murals used the existing architecture to create the illusion that the kids were stepping out of the spaceship and into space. The end of the room had glow in the dark planets that were painted with UV painted suspended from the roof. We painted a galaxy mural on the roof to help make the space more three dimensional. Windows were painted on the inside of the space ship, so that we could continue the space imagery and emphasis the illusion.

As you can see, the murals wrap completely around the entire room, including the roof.
